Doa untuk anak yang lambat bercakap


Jika anak anda masih lambat bercakap, boleh bacakan Surah al-Fatihah dan doa berikut pada madu dan sapukan madu di bawah lidah anak yang lambat bercakap itu. Selalu amalkan, Insya-Allah, anak tersebut akan dapat bercakap.

LEPAS NI TAK NAK SOLAT LAMBAT LAGI!
Setiap peralihan waktu solat sebenarnya menunjukkan perubahan tenaga alam ini yang boleh diukur dan dicerap melalui perubahan warna alam. Fenomena perubahan warna alam adalah sesuatu yang tidak asing bagi mereka yang terlibat dalam bidang fotografi.
Waktu Subuh
Pada waktu Subuh alam berada dalam spektrum warna biru muda yang bersamaan dengan frekuensi tiroid yang mempengaruhi sistem metabolisma tubuh. Jadi warna biru muda atau waktu Subuh mempunyai rahsia berkaitan dengan penawar/rezeki dan komunikasi. Mereka yang kerap tertinggal waktu Subuhnya ataupun terlewat secara berulang-ulang kali, lama kelamaan akan menghadapi masalah komunikasi dan rezeki.
Ini kerana tenaga alam iaitu biru muda tidak dapat diserap oleh tiroid yang mesti berlaku dalam keadaan roh dan jasad bercantum (keserentakan ruang dan masa) – dalam erti kata lain jaga daripada tidur. Di sini juga dapat kita cungkil akan rahsia diperintahkan solat diawal waktu.
Bermulanya saja azan Subuh, tenaga alam pada waktu itu berada pada tahap optimum. Tenaga inilah yang akan diserap oleh tubuh melalui konsep resonan pada waktu rukuk dan sujud. Jadi mereka yang terlewat Subuhnya sebenar sudah mendapat tenaga yang tidak optimum lagi.
Waktu Zuhur
Warna alam seterusnya berubah ke warna hijau (isyraq & dhuha) dan kemudian warna kuning menandakan masuknya waktu Zohor. Spektrum warna pada waktu ini bersamaan dengan frekuensi perut dan hati yang berkaitan dengan sistem penghadaman. Warna kuning ini mempunyai rahsia yang berkaitan dengan keceriaan. Jadi mereka yang selalu ketinggalan atau terlewat Zuhurnya berulang-ulang kali dalam hidupnya akan menghadapi masalah di perut dan hilang sifat cerianya. Orang yang tengah sakit perut ceria tak?
Waktu Asar
Kemudian warna alam akan berubah kepada warna oren, iaitu masuknya waktu Asar di mana spektrum warna pada waktu ini bersamaan dengan frekuensi prostat, uterus, ovari dan testis yang merangkumi sistem reproduktif. Rahsia warna oren ialah kreativiti. Orang yang kerap tertinggal Asar akan hilang daya kreativitinya dan lebih malang lagi kalau di waktu Asar ni jasad dan roh seseorang ini terpisah (tidur la tu ). Dan jangan lupa, tenaga pada waktu Asar ni amat diperlukan oleh organ-organ reproduktif kita. Nak subur? Sila segerakan solat Asar anda!
Waktu Maghrib
Menjelang waktu Maghrib, alam berubah ke warna merah dan di waktu ini kita kerap dinasihatkan oleh orang-orang tua agar tidak berada di luar rumah. Ini kerana spektrum warna pada waktu ini menghampiri frekuensi jin dan iblis (infra-red) dan ini bermakna jin dan iblis pada waktu ini amat bertenaga kerana mereka resonan dengan alam. Mereka yang sedang dalam perjalanan juga seelok-eloknya berhenti dahulu pada waktu ini (solat Maghrib dulu la) kerana banyak interferens (pembelauan) berlaku pada waktu ini yang boleh mengelirukan mata kita. Rahsia waktu Maghrib atau warna merah ialah keyakinan, pada frekuensi otot, saraf dan tulang.
Waktu Isyak
Apabila masuk waktu Isyak, alam berubah ke warna Indigo dan seterusnya memasuki fasa Kegelapan. Waktu Isyak ini menyimpan rahsia ketenteraman dan kedamaian di mana frekuensinya bersamaan dengan sistem kawalan otak. Mereka yang kerap ketinggalan Isyaknya akan selalu berada dalam kegelisahan. Alam sekarang berada dalam Kegelapan dan sebetulnya, inilah waktu tidur dalam Islam. Tidur pada waktu ini dipanggil tidur delta di mana keseluruhan sistem tubuh berada dalam kerehatan.
Selepas tengah malam, alam mula bersinar kembali dengan warna putih, merah jambu dan seterusnya ungu di mana ianya bersamaan dengan frekuensi kelenjar pineal, pituitari, talamus dan hipotalamus. Tubuh sepatutnya bangkit kembali pada waktu ini dan dalam Islam waktu ini dipanggil Qiamullail.
Begitulah secara ringkas perkaitan waktu solat dengan warna alam. Manusia kini sememangnya telah sedar akan kepentingan tenaga alam ini dan inilah faktor adanya bermacam-macam kaedah meditasi yang dicipta seperti taichi, qi-gong dan sebagainya. Semuanya dicipta untuk menyerap tenaga-tenaga alam ke sistem tubuh...

Bahannya:
2 3/4 Cwn Tepung gandum
1Cwn Tepung pulut
1/2 Cwn Tepung beras
1 bj Putih telur (saya punya 2 biji putih telor)+ 1 Cwn Air (dah taruk 2 biji putih telor so air saya kurangkan sikit)
1st Garam
Sedikit minyak untuk merebus mee dan digaulkan bersama mee
Tepung ubi secukupnya untuk ditaburkan ketika menghasilkan mee
Caranya:
1.Satukan semua bahan tepung bersama + Putih telur + Garam + Air.Uli hingga menjadi doh dan tidak melekat pada tapak tangan. *Jika doh terlalu keras tambahkan air 1sb sedikit demi sedikit hingga doh dirasakan mudah untuk diuli.Pastikan doh tidak terlalu lembut,bagi mengelakkan mee menjadi lembik ketika dicelur nanti.
2.Ambil doh yang siap diuli,lumurkan dgn tepung ubi sebelum dicanai menggunakan mesin mee.Saya leperkan dahulu doh supaya senang nak dimasukkan dlm mesin mee.
Mula2 saya masukkan dlm mesin mee no 1 (lebih tebal dulu) ulang 2x..kemudian saya laraskan ke no 5 pulak ..masukkan dohbyg leper tadi ke no.5(saya punya saiz ketebalan dr no dr 1-6). Jika mesin anda mempunyai saiz ketebalan dr nombor 1 hingga 9 ..masukkan doh pada mesin yg takde gigi tu laraskan ke no. 1 ulang 2x kemudian laraskan ke no. 8..masukkan doh leper tadi. Kemudian gunakan mata mesin untuk membuat kuey teow pula
3.Panaskan periuk berisi air separuh penuh sblm proses buat mee..Masukkan sedikit minyak masak,biarkan ia mendidih.
4.Celurkan mee yang siap ke dalam air mendidih.Mee akan timbul dipermukaan apabila sudah masak.
5.Toskan mee dan segera pindahkan ke dalam bekas berisi air sejuk selama 1 minit.Kemudian toskan mee hingga kering dan gaulkan bersama minyak masak supaya mee tidak melekat.Sedia untuk digunakan untuk hidangan anda..Selamat mencuba

Popia Basah yang superb ni mmg sedap..kerangupan sayuran bila digigit dengan rasa sambal udang ni membangkitkan selera... anak2 pun suka..ingat budak2 kurang ngan kuih mcm ni... jazakillahu khairan pada kak umie myresipi atas resepi ni... cuma saya olah sedikit cara pembikinannya...supaya jari jemari tak terbako..insyaallah. (rujuk gambar step by step)
Bahan untuk kulit*
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 biji putih telor
3/4 cawan air
2 sudu makan cuka
secubit garam
Bahan untuk inti** (boleh buat inti ikut suka atau cara tersendiri)
1/2 biji kobis - diricih halus
3 biji sederhana besar carrot - disagat halus
1 biji sederhana bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu makan udang kering + saya tambah sedikit isi ayam dihancurkan
garam secukupnya
minyak untuk menumis
**Blend bawang besar+bawang putih+udang kering. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan masukkan bahan blend tadi. Kemudian masukkan sos tiram + garam. Kemudian masukkan sayuran dan masak hingga layu.
Bahan untuk sambal***
15 tangkai cili kering
1 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu besar gula perang
2 sudu besar kicap manis
minyak untuk menumis
garam, perasa dan bawang goreng secukupnya
*** blend cili kering+bawang besar +bawang putih. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis bahan blend hingga garing. Masukkan kicap dan gula perang + garam dan perasa.
Cara-cara
1. campurkan kesemua bahan dalam mangkok adunan
2. gaulkan (macam buat cokodok) kemudian tutup dan biarkan sebentar sekurang-
kurangnya 1/2jam
3. ambil sejemput dan lenserkan ke atas kuali leper yang di panaskan dulu
kemudian alihkan ketempat lain biarkan sekejap supaya pan tu kurang sikit
panasnya.. (contoh seterusnya - lihat gambar)
4. buat dari arah jam
5. mulakan dari tepi iaitu bahagian luar dulu
6. kemudian sapukan bahagian tengah dengan sisa tepung yang masih ada di
tangan
7. setelah rata - bulat ..letak balik pan atas dpur biarkan sampai tepung masak
sebentar
8. angkat tepung yang telah masak dan letakkan dalam pinggan . Boleh disusun
berlapis2 (tak lekat)
9. ambil sekeping kulit popia dan sapukan dengan sedikit sambal
10. Letak satu sudu besar inti dan taburan bawang goreng
11. lipat macam biasa dan gulung
12. sedia untuk dimakan

Berdoa agar disembuhkan
Akhir sekali Tiup pada air.
Kemudian beri minum. Sambil berselawat, renjis-renjis dan sapukan air yang dah didoakan keseluruh tubuh. Mula dari kaki kanan dan terus keatas bahu hingga ke tangan kanan, seterusnya kaki kiri dan terus keatas bahu dan tangan kiri, akhir sekali disebelah belakang dan seluruh kepala, muka dan seluruh badan.

Cara Buat Roti

 CARA BUAT ROTI BENGGALI 
BAHAN2NYA:
1½ cawan air
2 camca besar minyak (minyak apa2 pun boleh)
2 camca besar gula
2 camca teh garam
2 camca besar susu kering
4 cawan tepung roti
1½ camca teh yis (2½ camca teh kalau guna program segera)
CARA:
Sukat semua bahan. Kemudian masukkan dulu air dan minyak. Kemudian masukkan semua bahan kering kecuali yis. Yis hanya dimasukkan di bahagian atas tepung. Jangan kenakan air atau minyak.
pilih program 4 untuk masak segera.
Selepas itu tunggu sahajalah hingga tamat program itu, dua jam kemudian, anda akan dapat menikmati roti panas!

Cheese Herb Biscuits

Cheese Herb Biscuits
½ Tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/3 cup shortening
¾ cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup chopped herbs, parsley, chives, dill
Fresh ground black pepper
For biscuits blend flour, baking powder and butter until crumbly. Add milk, cheese, herbs, pepper, salt and blend (¼ more milk for drop biscuits, drop by heaping Tbsp onto baking sheet). Roll out biscuits and cut in shapes. Bake on a baking sheet at 375 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Banana Butter

Banana Butter
9 to 10 over ripe bananas
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Peel and mash bananas in sauce pan; add brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon; bring to a gentle boil over medium low heat, stirring frequently.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat add vanilla extract. Pour into hot sterile half pint jars leaving ½ inch from the top of the jar. Seal with hot sterile lids and rings.
Process in Hot water bath for 10 minutes. Remove from bath. Let cool over night. Label and store in dark cool place.
Makes 4 to 5 jars depending on the size of the bananas.

Old Fashioned Goulash by Mohammed Ali Elouaer

1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1 can of petite diced tomatoes
1 diced yellow onion
1 lb of rotini or macaroni noodles
1 can of corn drained (Optional)
Chili Powder (To taste Preference)

Directions:
Brown burger and onion in skillet. When cooked place all other ingredients in pan and add enough water to cook the noodles in. Use chili powder to your taste preference. I use quite a bit of it myself. Simmer with a lid on till noodles are cooked through.

This is a childhood favortie of mine. The simpler the better and I still make it for my kiddos too. They love it!


Build a Pizza from Scratch

Build a Pizza from Scratch
Dough:
1 pkg. yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cups flour
Combine yeast, water and sugar in large bowl and let set in warm place until bubbly. Add remaining ingredients and beat with spoon. Knead a few times. Grease bowl, put in dough, turn over once and let rise in warm place until double in size. Roll Dough out to fit in greased pizza pans
Sauce: In sauce pan combine
1 large can crush tomatoes, 28 oz.
¾ tsp oregano
¾ tsp. rosemary
salt and pepper
½ cup chopped black olives
1 tsp garlic powder
½ onion chopped
½ green pepper chopped
a few mushrooms.
Combine in saucepan and simmer… Spread sauce on dough
Topping:
Meats: pepperoni, cooked hamburger or sausage, steak strips
Cheeses: grated Provolone, Mozzarella, Romano, Scamoze. Cheddar
Top with cheese and your favorite meat, olives, peppers onions, mushroom, spinach, asparagus and herbs, if wanted. Create your own family favorite today!
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Makes 2 pizza pies.

Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup superfine sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup best-quality cocoa
1 1/2 sticks soft unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup sour cream, room temperature
Frosting, see below
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter two 8 inch layer cake tins. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and soda; set aside. Cream together butter, eggs, vanilla, sour cream and cocoa; Whisk into flour mixture until well blended. Divide batter into prepared cake tins. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven; let cool 10 minutes on wire rack. Turn cakes out of tins. Make frosting.
Frosting:
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
3/4 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 Tbsp light corn syrup
1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp or so, boiling water
Melt chocolate and butter slowly over low heat. Remove from heat; cool a bit. While chocolate and butter is cooling, sift confectioners’ sugar to remove lumps into another bowl; set aside.
Add corn syrup to cooled chocolate mixture; add sour cream and vanilla; whisk in sifted confectioners’ sugar. Add boiling water or more confectioners’ sugar correct consistency, liquid enough to coat easily but thick enough not to drip off.
Frost Cake…Place one cake, flat side up on platter. Spoon 1/3 of the frosting evenly over top of cake. Sit the other cake on top, normal way up, pressing gently to sandwich together; place toothpicks into top cake to secure to bottom cake (we always liked to find a toothpick while eating our cake.) Spoon 1/3 of the frosting onto top of cake and spread it in a swirly, textured way or a smooth finish. Spread sides of cake with remaining frosting; let sit a few minutes until set. Serve.

Studies performed at Memorial University in St.Johns, Newfoundland found that eating a light, very low-fat breakfast was critical in modifying the morning platelet activation. Subjects in the study consumed either low-fat or fat-free yogurt, orange juice, fruit, and a source of protein coming from yogurt or fat-free milk. So if you skip breakfast, it's important that you change this practice immediately in light of this research. Develop a simple plan to eat cereal, such as oatmeal or Bran Flakes, along with six ounces of grape juice or orange juice, and perhaps a piece of fruit. This simple plan will keep your platelets from sticking together, keep blood clots from forming, and perhaps head off a potential Heart Attack or stroke. So never ever skip breakfast

1 quart Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup milk
4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
Canadian Bacon or Pepperoni, sliced
Mushrooms, black olives and or other pizza toppings
salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese, shredded for topping
Bread bowls or bread sticks
Place all ingredients into a large saucepan or Dutch oven and heat thoroughly. Allow to simmer on low heat until the cream cheese is well blended in the mixture.
Remove from heat; cool a bit. Serve in bread bowls, top with mozzarella cheese; or serve in bowls, top with mozzarella, with bread sticks.

Spaghetti Sauce

Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
1 qt Stewed tomatoes with onions and celery, 4 cups
1 can tomato sauce
Mushrooms, green peppers, black olives may be added also….
1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning, see recipe below
Brown beef, drain and set aside. In large pot add beef, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours. Serve with cooked spaghetti noodles.
Homemade Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tsp green pepper flakes
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp instant minced garlic
1 tsp sugar
¾ tsp Italian seasoning.
Mix all well. Makes 1 pkg. of mix.

Old fashioned Custard Pie

1 unbaked pie shell (I use Marie Callendar's deep dish)
3 large eggs
1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
2-2/3 cups of milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat your eggs slightly, then add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk. Beat well and poor into the unbaked pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Sprinkle the top of pie with fresh ground nutmeg

Granny always selects a blend of flavors for her apple sauce, sweet and tart. Wash, pare, core and slice apples. Remember to reserve your peels and cores for Granny’s best apple butter recipe.
For smooth apples sauce, cooked apples for about 30 minutes and run sauce through a food mill or press through a strainer or colander.
For chunky sauce choose apples that cook down smooth and then mix with apples that keep their form or cook half of your apples for 15 minutes or so and then add the rest and cook the sauce for another 15 minutes or so.
Measure the sauce and add 1/2 cup sugar (for low sugar sauce) for every 4 cups of sauce and spices to taste (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves.) Stir until dissolved and ladle into hot sterile jars, wipe rim and seal with hot sterile lids and rings. Process in hot water bath 15 minutes.

Croissant
¾ cup warm water
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
½ cup sour cream
3 ½ cup flour, divided
2 Tbsp sugar
1 ½ cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
Make Dough: Pour water in bowl, sprinkle in yeast. Stir to dissolve. Add sour cream, ½ cup flour and sugar. Blend with whisk until smooth. Cover and let rest in warm place for about 2 hours.
Slice butter into ½ inch pats. In a bowl gently toss with remaining flour and salt. When all pats are well coated slightly flatten each one between finger. Refrigerate.
Pour yeast mixture into flour and butter mix. Stir until moist, dough will be course. On lightly floured board, pat into 10 inch squares, avoid overworking.
Roll dough with floured rolling pin into 18×12 inch rectangle. Dough will still be course.
To fold dough: Slip a Flat cookie sheet under third of dough. Fold this section of dough over center third section. Repeat with other section so dough is folded into equal thirds. Repeat folding and folding procedure. Place dough on flour plate, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Repeat folding and rolling procedure 3 more times, if butter softens chill for 30 minutes. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours up to 24 hours.
Shaping Croissants: Cut dough into 4 equal sections work with each section one at a time. On lightly floured board, roll into an 8×12 rectangle. Cut into 3 triangles. To form fourth triangle, press leftover side pieces together, overlapping slightly. Make a 1 inch “slit” at base of triangle. Loosely roll dough on both sides of slit up to top of slit. Angling rolls slightly outward as well, this prevents croissant from becoming too thick. Continual rolling to pointed tip. Curve ends to form crescent shape. Place on ungreased cookie sheet repeat with other 3 triangles and place 3 inches apart. Repeat shaping with remaining dough.
Cover cookie sheet loosely with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place for 2 hours or until doubled.
Bake at 450 degrees F.. Mix egg with water and brush croissants. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes.

Baklava
2 cups water
2 lbs walnuts, chopped
4 ½ cups granulated sugar, divided
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash ground clove, optional
1 lb pkg Phyllo sheets
1 ½ cups butter, 3 sticks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare Syrup in medium saucepan, combine water, 3 cups sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon sticks. Bring to boil; simmer 15 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 224 degrees F. Remove from heat; cool; remove cinnamon sticks. Set aside.
Prepare Nut filling in medium bowl, stir together nuts, 1 ½ cups sugar, ground cinnamon, and cloves if using. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and keep warm. Brush bottom of a 9×13 metal baking dish with melted butter. Line pan with 3 sheets of phyllo, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
Sprinkle with a handful of nut mixture. Place another sheet of phyllo on top of nuts, brush with butter. Repeat this procedure until all nut mixture is used. Top with 3 or 4 remaining phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter while layering one on top of the other.
With the tip of a sharp knife, carefully cut or score the layers of baklava, except the bottom layer, into desired size for easy serving and good ventilation.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven. Immediately spoon cooled syrup evenly over hot baklava.
Makes 15 to 20 servings
Variations:
Use Pistachios in place of walnuts
Use a 13 inch round metal pan in place of a 9×13 baking dish

Saya simpati melihat anak2 kecil demam melarat-larat. Kita sebagai ibu kena tahu bagaimana demam boleh berlaku dan apa yang perlu dibuat seawal mungkin untuk elak demam melarat. Asal badan panas sikit, terus bagi ubat. Kasihan anak2
Demam bermakna badan sedang melawan virus/bakteria yang menyerang. Bila diberi ubat cepat sangat, mungkin akan menganggu pembentukan imun badan.
Ini kemungkinan. Bila badan diserang virus/bakteria , antibodi badan akan mengangkat senjata melawan dan ketika itu badan akan panas. Jika kita beri ubat , virus/bakteria yang menyerang itu akan tertidur sebentar dan suhu badan pun turun. Bila virus/bakteria terjaga , imun badan baru angkat senjata untuk lawan (ketika itu badan panas semula) kita pun bagi ubat. Maka virus/bakteria tadi terlena semula ( suhu badan pun turun). Begitulah keadaan virus/ bakteria bangun tido bangun tido maka pembentukan sistem imun badan pun tidak terbentuk dengan sempurna.
Jadi adalah lebih baik mengawal suhu badan .Mandi/jaram/jerlum untuk pastikan suhu tidak naik tinggi. Kita tak perlu takut untuk mandikan anak dengan kerap. Mandikan dengan air suam2 kuku. Setelah mandi, boleh sapukan minyak garlic kat dada..tapak kaki.. belakang anak. Tak sempat buat minyak garlic, minyak habbatussauda pun boleh.Tentu sejuk kan anak selepas mandi.
Tak perlulah pakaikan cool fever yang diproses itu mesti ada bahan kimia bahan bertoksik yang boleh beri kesan pada masa panjang.
Mandikan.Air mandian boleh dicampur 2-3 sudu cuka epal/cuka kurma/epsom salt untuk kawal suhu badan.
Kemudian, kita perlu Upkan imun badan anak dengan makanan/minuman semulajadi. Bagi anak di bawah usia 180 hari, seharusnya diberikan hanya susu ibu sahaja. Susu ibu adalah makanan terbaik untuk anak . Allah jadikan susu ibu yang tinggi khasiat semulajadi tiada tandingan.
Untuk aktiviti jaram/jerlum adakala anak tak suka dengan tuala basah di badan. Jadi, LEMON SOCK boleh dipraktikkan. Caranya mudah . Stokin dibasahkan keseluruhannya dengan perahan air lemon. Stokin ini bukan bertujuan memberi kepanasan tetapi untuk menyedut panas badan. Pakaikan basah2 hingga agak2 kering, kemudian basahkan lagi. Pakaikan stoking panjang sampai lutut pun takpe.
Sekiranya tiada lemon, boleh juga menggunakan cuka kurma, cuka epal, air asam jawa atau boleh guna hirisan garlic . Pakaikan pada anak berulang kali buatlah sehingga suhu anak kembali normal.
Dalam masa yang sama, up imun badan anak. Bagi anak2 berumur lebih 7 bulan boleh diberikan vco, 8 bulan ke atas boleh bagi air kelapa, yogurt natural, air barli homemade, olivenol plus, minyak zaitun , bone broth (sup tulang/sup ayam direneh lama sikit), sesuaikan mengikut umur anak .
VCO ( Virgin Coconut Oil ) minyak kelapa dara sangat mujarab. Kandungannya tinggi antiviral antibacterial selamat bagi menggantikan ubat demam/PCM. Boleh VCO bagi setiap 5jam .
Saya juga suka buat begini. Hiriskan bawang besar nipis2 masukkan dalam piring dan letak berdekatan tempat tidur anak. Tujuannya utk menyerap udara tak sihat. Menyerap kuman2 bertebangan. Jika anak tidak demam pun bagus buat begini sebab kadang2 bila kita sapu dan mop bawah tempat yang sempit seperti bawah katil bawah sofa , habuk2 berterbangan dan bawang merah akan memerangkap udara yang tidak sihat itu.
Banyak sebenarnya yang kita boleh lakukan hanya dirumah. Yang paling penting, kita tahu dengan jelas setiap satu persatu tindakan yang kita perlu ambil.
Paling penting jangan malas2. Mak kena rajin dan SILA RAJINKAN DIRI demi anak yang diamanahkan itu.
Bagi anak bawah 6bulan, silalah breastfeeding sekerapnya. Dengan penyusuan susu ibu mampu membina antibodi anak secara semulajadi. Allah suruh menyusukan dengan susu ibu sangat besar hikmahnya. Takde susu ? Susu kering ? Bukan takde susu , bukan susu kering , TAKDE ILMU sebenarnya. Itu adalah fakta . Yang tidak breastfeeding (macam2 alasan) jangan kecil hati. Kadang-kadang dia kacau adiknya. Tak berhenti saya marah dan cubit mereka.
Kadang-kadang saya baling semua mainan mereka..lepas tu saya menangis seorang diri. Tak tahu nak cerita pada siapa.
Sebenarnya saya terbawa-bawa kerana suami saya malas. Tidak.bertanggungjawab. tidak bekerja. Keluar dengan kawan-kawan. Saya berusaha berniaga dan lain-lain. Adakah kerana dosa saya yang lalu saya tanggung semua ini? Kerana yang lepas, ini hasilnya hari ni...saya lemah dan tidak mampu.."kata wanita itu.
Dalam fikiran saya, inilah kesan dari seorang lelaki yang tidak bertanggungjawab..Allah..sedihnya. Seorang wanita yang selalu marah dan pukul anak-anak biasanya berpunca dari stress dengan suami. Anak-anak menunjukkan protes dengan membuat salah dan buat apa sahaja untuk dapat perhatian ibubapa..
Disebalik seorang itu ada manusia yang mengharap perubahannya.
Jawab saya, betul kata puan. Apa terjadi hari ini kerana masa lalu kita. Hari esok kita, hasil usaha dan doa kita hari ini.
Jadi kita ubah hari ini. Esok akan menjadi baik. Atau ia selamanya bertambah teruk dan esok anak-anak akan kata ini semua salah mak ayah saya...Saya yakin puan buat begini kerana suami. Tapi paling saya sedih dan sayu ialah disebalik puan ada anak-anak. Anak-anak yang tidak boleh berfikir seperti kita. Anak-anak yang harapkan kasih sayang dan didikan.
Puan harus berjuang kerana Allah. Buat anak-anak. Hidupkan amalan Ta'lim dalam rumah. Setengah jam cadangan saya. Setiap malam bawa anak-anak bersama. Kita akan dapat rasa suasana rahmat. Tenang jer rumah. Kerana dipenuhi rahmat Allah, malaikat , sakinah, didoakan oleh semua makhluk termasuk ikan dalam laut.
Dalam hadis ada ceritakan tentang Nabi Yunus dengan doa Lailaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minzzolimin. Seperti Allah bantu yunus seperti itu Allah bantu kita. Zikir setiap hari ulama anjurkan paling kurang 300 kali. InshaAllah Allah bukakan jalan keluar..
Puan itu jumpa saya kembali dan ceritakan hidupnya mula tenang. Betul, ustaz sekarang anak-anak saya suka belajar. Dan suka baca al-quran..bila mereka main-main dan sepah-sepah saya dah boleh kawal jiwa. Rasa sayang dan sejuk jer hati. Seronok zikir nabi Yunus dan baca Ta'lim..

Triple Fudge Cake
1 large pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
1 pkg. sour cream chocolate cake mix
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped nuts, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 9×13 baking pan.
In large sauce pan cook pudding as directed on box; remove from heat. Blend dry cake mix into hot pudding; beat by hand about 2 minutes. Pour into pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts, if using.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
Variation: May use your favorite chocolate cake mix.

LEMON ICING
1 cup(s) POWDERED SUGAR; Plus 1 Tablespoon.
2 tablespoon(s) WHOLE MILK; I Used 2%.
1/2 teaspoon(s) LEMON EXTRACT
Insructions 

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Use a mixer to blend together the eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
Pour wet ingredient into the dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add oil and mix well.
Pour batter into a well greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick stuck into center of the cake comes out clean.
Make the lemon icing by combining all the icing ingredients in a small bowl with an electric mixer on low speed.
When the loaf is cool, remove it from pan and frost the top with the icing.
Let the icing set up before slicing.

Granny’s Best Alfredo Sauce
½ cup butter
1 to 2 tsp garlic, minced or ½ tsp dried garlic or ¼ tsp garlic powder
2 cups of heavy cream or more for thinning
1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
2 to 3 Tbsp cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Fresh or dried basil for garnish
In a sauce pan over medium heat melt butter, add garlic and cook for about two minutes. Add heavy cream and cream cheese; heat until starts to bubble, remove from heat. Add Parmesan Cheese stir until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with basil.
If sauce is too thick, add more heavy cream to make your favorite consistency.

Homemade Nutella (Chocolate Hazelnut Spread)

Ingredients
  1. 8 oz. hazelnuts
  2. 1 c powdered sugar
  3. 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 2 Tbsp oil (canola or coconut; I used melted coconut oil)
  5. 1 tsp vanilla
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 c chopped chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Place hazelnuts on the sheet. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes. Watch them after the 10th minute if they are not browning too fast.
  2. Remove from the oven and transfer onto a clean kitchen towel. Let cool until safe to the touch.
  3. When cooled, gently rub the nuts with the towel until the skin comes off.
  4. Place nuts in food processor and process until finely ground. Scrape the sides of the food processor bowl as needed.
  5. Process nuts until the start to liquify. It can take about 5 minutes. Stop the food processor as needed to scrape the sides of the bowl.
  6. Add powdered sugar and cocoa. Mix until well combined.
  7. With the food processor running, drizzle in the oil and vanilla. Process until smooth.
  8. Add the salt and process for 5 seconds.
  9. I added the chocolate chips are this point and processed until it all comes together. You may need to add more oil if the mixture clumps up.
  10. Scrape the spread into a clean jar. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
  11. If using coconut oil, you may need to let the spread sit on the counter to soften before using.
