bread with spinach and cheese
Ingredients: - 400g of béchamel sauce - 500g spinach - 100g cheese grated - 4 eggs - a few knobs of butter - salt & pepper - nutmeg Preparation:-Cook your spinach in salted boiling water. A once cooked, drain and slice.
-Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
-Make a bechamel (classic: butter + milk + flour)-separate yolks from the egg whites. Mount your whites. Book.
-Mix the spinach with béchamel & the yellow.
-Season with salt, pepper, and a tip of nutmeg. Add the grated cheese.
-Gently fold the whites of eggs to this mix - butter your molds / cups and fill them 2/3.
-Cook 10 min. enjoy immediately
