Foods to eat to control high blood pressure-



1) Garlic is natural medcine for treating high blood pressure
2) Don't add salt
3) Regular physical activity, at least 30 to 60 minutes
4) Apple cider vinger: Vinegar alkalizes the body and lowers your blood pressure
5) Avoid Coffe.
6) Cucumber: Eat 2 fresh cucumber every day for 2 weeks.
