Stress Relieving Drink---
Ingredients:
16 oz Cold Water
1/2 Cup Ice
5 Strawberries
1/2 Cup Pineapple
1 to 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
4-5 Medium Basil leafs
Directions:
Fill cup with water ice and add the apple cider vinegar
Then add all fruit to the cold water but smash it and squeeze it into the drink
Add the basil leafs and stir
Let sit for about 20 minutes before drinking (stir again before taking a drink)
Drink and enjoy…eat the fruit at the end of the drink!
